_ Break down big changes into smaller changes (Case Activities)
_ Give the Customer control of the configuration and design
(DCR Graph designer/Workzone Configurator)
_ Be patient, activate and engage the users – they are the real experts!
_ Make lists of activities that represents the steps of the actual Case Handling,
identify dependencies one by one
_ Nourish a iterative culture where Activity Lists are frequently updated, as we
learn or discover that we forgot….
_ Make generic building blocks for automation, that leaves the thinking part for
the users (for now) and the registration and production for the system.
