with over 16 years of experience.

Boyan Bonev is the owner of the biggest 5-star holiday resort on the Balkans – Sunset Resort Pomorie,

Boyan has been Joseph’s partner since 2003. He has been involved in the construction of over 3000
apartments and a number of signiture buildings across the country.
Todor Panayotov is the person who stands behind the management of Sunset Resort. His professional
experience and skills have made Sunset Resort the most successful brand in Bulgaria.

6. What is a REBIB and what I am investing in?
InveStellar Corp. is an investment company that sources high yield bonds,
these bonds are both backed by Real Estate (Real Estate-Backed Invest-
ment Bonds, REBIB) and Rental Bonds (Rental Backed Investment Bonds,
RBIB), so giving the investor to forms of security.
Are there any risks involved with such an investment?
The minimum investment is 10,000 Euro secured against the property, the
maximum investment is 2,000,000 Euro.
What is my return on investment?
These are 70% fixed rate bonds over a period of five years. This means,
that each investor will be paid 70% ROI by the end of the five years term.
Investors will receive 8% yield per year and a 38% at the end of year 5
and their capital returned.
Why should I invest right now?

brand in Bulgaria. Sunset Resort are guaranteeing the rental (for a minimum for 5 years) and managing the de-
velopment. The principles involved have development numerous products in Bulgaria.
Do I pay any penalties in case I cash out earlier?
At InveStellar Corp., we understand the needs of our investors can change over time. This is why we allow our
investors to cash-out at any time without penalty.
What additional benefits do I have?
After the 5-year term has been satisfied, investors can cash-out or can by units at a 15% discount (those who buy
units will get discounted rental rates in Sunset Resort Pomorie.
Future owners have the option to put in finished apartments into the rental pool, professionally managed by
Sunset Management.
Who is issuing the bonds and on what name?
The bonds will be issued by InveStellar Corp. in the name of Royal Ski Assets, which is a joint stock company
registered in Bulgaria. This is the same company that will be issued the loan by UniCredit Group, as well as the
owner of Phase I of Sunset Ski.

in the new quarter of Pomorie.
10,000 sq.m is used for the two main buildings, landscaping and footpaths.
The footprint of the building is 3800sq.m and remaining 7,200sq.m are being used for landscaping and parking.
