We are seeing a growing need for collaboration when it comes to ideas and projects, we are facing more and more challenges when it comes to communication briefs and business objectives, yet our creative structures and mindset limit us from approaching the creative process more holistically. As one of the youngest creative directors in Europe, Ioana proposed a fresh perspective on how creative teams should consider every brief as a startup. Just like any successful start up, briefs need a big idea and a disruptive solution. But getting there seems to be completely different for the two. In the quest of stripping down the creative process to the business process of a young entrepreneur, during Eurobest 2014, Ioana proposed a new way to approach every brief and talked about the mindset of startups and how they can create disruption within the creative process.
