  4. 500KV T/LINE SUB-DIVISIONS 500kv T/Line (North) Division NTDC, Multan Consisting of following sub-Divisions (i) 500 KV T/L Sub Division Multan (ii) 500 KV T/L Sub Division Pir Mahal (iii) 500 KV T/L Sub Division Jhang (iv) 500 KV T/L Sub Division Faisalabad (v) 500 KV T/L sub Division Yousfwala (vi) 500 KV T/L sub division Sheikhupura

  7.  Proper Maintenance Should be carried out.  Focus on Continuity of Power Supply  Improve the efficiency of Transmission Lines  To avoid frequent trippings  Smooth Running of 500 KV Transmission Network System OBJECTIVES
  8.  Transmission Lines were fully Loaded  Transmission Lines were found fully dusty, carbon & & Bird excrement can be on several locations.  Usually /Mostly shutdowns were not approved by NPCC due to load Management.  Several towers of transmission Lines are installed in forest and desert areas  Access and approach was not easy due to forest and desert. OBSERVED THE PROBLEMS
  9. OBSEVERED THE PROBLEMS  Shortage of staff.  Conditions become worst day by day on Transmission Line Network  The Trappings were occurred & huge loss of Authority due to trappings.  Industries and Peoples were being effected due to cut of power supply.
  10.  To discuss whole issues with all Concerned Sub-Divisional Officers.  Prepare Schedule of site job//work/activities.  To Submit requests of shutdown to higher ups and NPCC.  In order to finish the work within time frame of shutdowns.  All sub-Division teams will be deputed altogether to carry out the job. PLANNINGS
  11.  I personally got involved in site works & closely watched all the activities at site.  All activities were performed under my supervision and instructions.  Due to my dedication all work completed with in scheduled time period.  It was my advice to depute all Sub-Divisions field staff teams collectively to finish the work in order to achieve the target within limited time of approved shutdowns.  I kept close liaison with all gangs/workers at site.  I was giving feedback to higher ups about the site progress time to time. MY CONTRIBUTIONS
  12.  Due to our hard efforts and close Co-ordination with higher-ups and NPCC, we got shutdowns approved.  Properly maintenance work was completed within the short period as per planned schedule.  The quantum of trippings were minimized of transmission lines.  Obtained the bare power interruption as compared to frequent trippings.  All work was successfully performed for the best interest of system. ACHIEVEMENTS
  13.  I would like to conclude my Individual Management Experience that 5he efficiency and goal can be achieved through following factors.  Will  Action Plan  Ability  Motivation  Performance  Dedication CONCLUSION
  14. CONCLUSION  If employee have necessary ability, helping organizational environment and adequate motivation then there were are more chances to achieve the goal.  Manager should be self motivated and act as a role model for his employee.  Identify the problem, develop the alternate solution, choose the best suitable solution.  Take timely decision and implemented it.  Actions speak louder than words.
