2. POSITION: MECHANICAL LEADER.
Primary function is managing maintenance contractors rotating and static
to carry out the daily planned and unplanned maintenance activities
includes install, maintain, troubleshoot, Preventive, Alignment, and repair
equipment.
Experience :
• Completed overhaul major equipments in facilities such as
• Gas compressor Nouvo pignone major overhaul, change
bearing, dry gas seal, labirin seal with vendor.
• Steam turbine Nouvo Pignone major overhaul with vendor.
• Pumps [centrifugal pump, reciprocating pump, sundyne pump,
alignment shaft /coupling, Gears pump, multi stage pump,
screw pump], overhaul including change Bearing, mechanical
seals / packing, check shaft run out, install
• Root blower, fan blower, change bearing, seals, gears, fan
impeller, pulley, v-belt and alignment for pulley.
• Gearbox, change bearing, gear, oil seals and alignment
coupling.
• Conducted successfully overhaul and trouble shooting for
caterpillar, Volvo, cummin Diesel engine
• Contributed to plant facilities troubleshooting, find the root of
cause and fix the problems to ensure improve reliability of
equipments with engineering team.
• Preventive maintenance and overhaul for Ethylene, Caustic
soda, VCM and EDC loading arm.
• Nowadays I am also participated in Lubrication Team to ensure
all the equipment are well lubricated according to the
recommended lubrication.

Primary function was managing maintenance contractors to carry out the
daily planned and unplanned maintenance activities includes install,
maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in industry as directed by
the superior with comply to HSE standard.

ensure that new plant was able to start up successfully operated.
• Improved reliability of equipments in the plant facilities by conducting
preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and risk-based
inspection in time .
• Make daily report for lead and technician activity.
• Conducted HSE weekly and monthly safety meeting as leader to all
contractor
• Conducted Overhaul multi type of Pumps.
• Conducted Overhaul blower, ( loop, fan )
• Conducted successfully overhaul and trouble shooting for caterpillar
Diesel engine.
PT. KERTAS KRAFT ACEH ( PULP AND PAPER COMPANY )
Duration: 1989 To 1996
POSITION: SENIOR MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
• Involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning and inspection to
ensure that new plant was able to start up successfully operated.
• Preventive maintenance program for rotating equipment check such as
monitoring and flow up of vibration abnormal heat, abnormal sound
and oiling and grease.
• Conducted plant Overhaul and repair of static equipments such as heat
exchanger, Cooler, Colum internal part, tank, pipe line etc.
• Conducted Overhaul and rebuild for all rotating equipments
(compressor, pump)
• Conducted Overhaul for rotary dryer, rotary feeder and screw
conveyor.
• Involved to the Trouble shooting plant, find root of caused and fixed
the problems.
• Conducted successfully overhaul and trouble shooting for Diesel
engine caterpillar
