Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.

Digital Marketing
• Primary Content: I will create and publish blog articles, set up a twitter feed, and
give my LinkedIn profile a complete professional revamp. While I am a Creator, I am
also somewhat shy so I will start building a strong brand with these platforms that
will allow me to articulate my ideas in written format and will venture out as I
progress. I do intend to practice and get comfortable with photos and videos.
• Primary Tools: LinkedIn - engage 2+ times per week; Twitter - daily tweet; Online
Portfolio/Website - blog monthly; SlideShare - monthly. Once I have mastered
exuding my brand on camera, I will add Instagram and YouTube videos at an
appropriate frequency.
• Website: I will use my digital portfolio for blogging and as a hub to connect all
platforms in one place. I will also use it as a beacon to make sure my brand is
consistent throughout.

You know when you have a conundrum and feel as though you have exhausted all
avenues? Well, what I do is apply my unique way of thinking to conquer and improve
deficiencies. In fact, as a Biomedical Equipment Technician in the U.S. Army, I was
responsible for recovering and boosting my department’s efficiency by 90% within one
month of obtaining a management position. The systems I implemented became the
new standard operating procedures.
