The Prospect Train JOURNEY

2. Some of us are like bullet trains and just want to go as fast as we can.

3. Some of us just like to chug along at a steady pace.

4. Some of us can a bit overwhelmed by the choice and
are not sure where to start.

5. Others like to have a play around before getting into the
real thing.

6. When it comes to something new some of us
use the instructions, others like to watch
someone else put it all together first, whilst
others just open the box and go for it.

7. Some of us have taken on new innovations

8. Some are happy to go it alone.....

9. Others like to go on the journey with a colleague

10. Some of us have only just joined the Prospect Train and have felt a bit
overwhelmed – learning where it has been, how does it operate, and where
is it going.

11. None of us are just watching what is happening –
we’re all on board the train, going on the journey.

12. We are all aiming to be on the same route
going in the same direction.

13. For some it has been more like a rollercoaster ride..

14. and your whole teaching practice has been turned upside
down.

15. Some of us have just had that sinking feeling…..

16. Some of us are pedalling our hardest and going nowhere fast..

17. At times we have been completely derailed

18. At times we have been on a collision course

19. and have come close to tipping over the edge.

20. Some of us have tried hard but are feeling a bit cold and
miserable, thinking its all too hard and are wondering if we
should keep on going….

21. But it hasn’t all been doom and gloom – let’s stop and pause and
reflect on what has been achieved.
