3. How MythWhy do humans shiver when its cold ? A long time ago there once lived a girl named Shivera. She lived in the Arctic along with her royal family. She was a princess, as her dad was a king. At this time coldness never existed. The world was always hot. During summer, spring, fall and even winter the earth stayed warm. The only place where it was ever cold was in Iceland. The king of Iceland had trapped all of the cold air into one place. He wanted the rest of the world to suffer. By now the whole earth was tired of the warmth, they wanted to have a cold season. Shivera, being the courageous and fearless princess she was, went out on a quest to get cold air back. She walked days upon days, mile after mile to get to Iceland. She was determined to get the trapped air out and free the world from the heat. When she got there the whole country was guarded, there were police everywhere and as she tried to get in they threatened to arrest her.
4. How myth continued A princess of a country couldn’t be arrested, it was against royalty but still, she was determined. She found some old ragged clothes and disguised herself as a peasant. She went up to the guard and said ‘I’m here; ready to work for the king.’ The guard nodded his head and opened the gates. She was in! Now all she had to do was get into the castle and take the ball of ice and carry it outside of the Iceland borders and the whole world would be free! Shivera made her way to the castle and went in to talk to the King. Shivera offered to clean the ‘Ice room’. This was the room where the ice ball and all the cold air of all the earth were kept. He nodded, and she was on her way. When she got into the room and grabbed the ball she was overwhelmed with a sudden shaking and a rush of cold feeling throughout her body. She screamed ‘WOUUUUUUUUUUU!’ The king heard this and sent his guards, by this time she had already left the castle and was running to get out of Iceland.
5. How myth continued Almost there, she just had to cross that line. The guards were coming behind her, getting closer and closer every step she took. She knew she wouldn’t make it, so 2 feet in front of the line she took the ice ball and threw it! At this time the whole world said WOUUUUUUUUUUU!’ Shivera was killed by the guards. She was left a hero. Shivera had let all the cold air back out to the world and no one had to suffer. To this day , when everyone has a rush of coldness throughout their body the phrase ‘ shiver’ or ‘shivering’ is used to honour great Shivera for being so brave and courageous, and giving up her life to make life better for others. She left this earth a hero.
6. SPIDERMAN 3 QUEST PATTERN Home: Peter Parker (Spider man) lives in the city of New York. The place he is seen in looks as if it is an extremely busy and crowded city. Journey away (why go?): Spider man never really leaves New York in the movie. He leaves his house multiple times to go fight bad guys or to go save someone in trouble.
7. Quest pattern continued Obstacles: The obstacles Spider man had to face were always fighting the bad guy or finding a way to save someone in trouble. Many times he had to fight bad people. His “lover” Mary Jane was also an obstacle for Spider man because at one time she had been forced to tell Peter that she didn’t love him and that she wanted to break up. This created an obstacle for Peter because he turned evil and basically got all confused about himself and turned into a bad guy for a while.
8. Quest pattern continued Crucial Struggle: There were many crucial struggles in the movie Spider man 3. Peter went through numerous fights and battles with different villains. The main or crucial struggle I think was when Spider man was getting ganged up on by the “Sandman” Flint and Eddie. This was a crucial struggle because he was fighting by himself against 2 people. Luckily, Harry came in and saved him
9. Quest pattern continued Obstacles: The obstacles in Peter’s way from returning everything back to normal is the Sandman and getting the black suite off of Eddie. Whoever is in the black suite automatically turns into someone evil. Return (rewards): Peter returns everything back to normal. He for sure got rewards. The whole city admires him and looks up to him. But to Peter, I think his major reward was he got Mary Jane back.

He started in St.Johns Newfoundland and continued running until he was almost in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He was forced to stop his running on September 1st 1980 as the pain from the cancer and the news he received . He had gotten the news that the cancer had now spread into his lungs. He had run to the point where it was physically impossible to continue. Terry passed away 1 month short of his 23rd birthday nearly a year after.
