I am launching a technology startup targeted at customer loyalty marketing. I have patents pending for technology that detects when cashiers swipe their own card to earn points in retail loyalty programs. The technology is working at scale. I’m a partner member of Customer Strategy Network, which is a global team of 18 specialists who have launched more than 100 loyalty programs around the world, including many of the top global brands. I’ve also developed a pilot at loyaltybenchmarking.com that will allow loyalty heads to benchmark their performance on 16 key metrics that matter. Currently, I’m in California seeking VC funding for a technology that will combine the above capabilities
