On receipt of your completed application form at this office, together with PAYMENT IN FULL, an invoice will be raised
and a stand allocated to you. Exhibition stands & pitches will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Numbers are
limited in certain areas to keep a competitive mix and to avoid saturation. A week before the show a plan of the show
showing your stand number and position will be sent to you together with information relative to the running of the event.
N.B. Indoor exhibitors cost includes: Two chairs & Use of a power point. *You will need to bring your own power (PAT
Tested) extension cable. All generators must be fully insured and meet current regulations or will not be allowed on site.
PAT Test certification will be checked.
