À propos
My mission is to master the art of teaching developers, teams, and organizations how to learn.
Over the last few years, I've been working on a book proposing a new software learning technique, Idea Flow Learning Framework. It's a strategy for improving software predictability by systematically optimizing developer experience.
Despite our effort with Agile best practices, every few years we end up rewriting our software. There two major challenges. Our problems are invisible. The business pressure never lets up.
What if we could solve the visibility problem?
