the share feature of software X.

emotion of users while they’re using it.

It is good to use this method if some
working places are not easy to access
to conduct design ethnography.
But it gives fragmentary clues about
people’s lives and thoughts. Therefore
it needs to conduct with other
supplementary methods.
By reviewing the relevant literature
or articles about communication for
better collaboration across project
teams, I will become well-informed
about the state of the knowledge.
This will help me to define
framework of what is a good
communication like.
Moreover, this helps me to identify
an area that needs further research
It is to have more in-depth knowledge
about how users feel about certain
issues like sharing information through
the video communication and their
needs and emotion in more detailed
discussion way.

Context
Jue and Janne are working in the law team at Estate firm L
and they have one project with company X. Client asked them
to check the contract so that every thing is compliance.
Wireframe
Mobile: Iphone 8
Janne updated new video about
contract reviews and he
attached a text file together.
After notification, Jue enters
application. She first checks the
video that she missed and
quickly check what was
important.
Then she starts to check the
contract reviews video.
In the middle of video she has
some questions so she just put
question comment right on the
video stream line.
She wants Janne to explain the
meaning of estate property
mean in some context.
After using @janne, the
message go directly to Janne.
Once Janne touches the
notification, he goes directly to
the comment and he
recommends other expert who
has more knowledge about the
issue
Question from Jue, Janne goes
to other expert.
Anu answers to the question. When Jue checks the answer
from Anu. She is impressive how
Anu is an expert in the issue. She
starts to follow her for future
help.

Concept development for online video communication

(contextual sensitive) It is good to use this method if some working places are not easy to access to conduct design ethnography. But it gives fragmentary clues about people’s lives and thoughts. Therefore it needs to conduct with other supplementary methods. By reviewing the relevant literature or articles about communication for better collaboration across project teams, I will become well-informed about the state of the knowledge. This will help me to define framework of what is a good communication like. Moreover, this helps me to identify an area that needs further research It is to have more in-depth knowledge about how users feel about certain issues like sharing information through the video communication and their needs and emotion in more detailed discussion way. Design ethnography Research It is to get holistic insight into how people share information and the communication cultures in project teams by studying social interactions, behaviours, beliefs, and perceptions that occur within the teams. It usually consists of observation, participation, and interview. Benchmark It is to get statistical analysis. Especially when there is a need to validate information in a quantitative way. It is to discover what is the best performance is achieved. It will be helpful to look at the platforms for collaborative teamwork such as Slack, Asema, etc. or the platforms for sharing information mainly based on video such as Youtube, Ted, etc. or the video sharing platform such as Vimeo.   • 27. Context Jue and Janne are working in the law team at Estate firm L and they have one project with company X. Client asked them to check the contract so that every thing is compliance. Wireframe Mobile: Iphone 8
  • 28. Janne updated new video about contract reviews and he attached a text file together. After notification, Jue enters application. She first checks the video that she missed and quickly check what was important. Then she starts to check the contract reviews video. In the middle of video she has some questions so she just put question comment right on the video stream line.
  • 29. She wants Janne to explain the meaning of estate property mean in some context. After using @janne, the message go directly to Janne. Once Janne touches the notification, he goes directly to the comment and he recommends other expert who has more knowledge about the issue Question from Jue, Janne goes to other expert.
