United States Steel – Structural Inspection Team Leader/Manager 2014 - Present
Worked with direct supervisor to develop and implement in house inspection program. Follow up with Area
Managers to ensure structural deficiencies were repaired per United States Steel Blueprints, United States Steel
ME-100, OSHA, ASTM, ASME standards. Coordinate and schedule inspections between fifteen production units
at two different plants through department managers and daily communication. Manage and direct a crew
from 2 to 10 people in performing Level 2 structural inspections on buildings, steel structures, crane runways and
overhead cranes. Line up crew with daily job assignments. Delegate responsibilities during inspection process
for maximum efficiency. Manage the team to continually improve cost cutting and efficiency through time
studies and detailed spreadsheets. Manage and track employee’s hours per bargaining unit’s requirements.
Execute all OSHA safety requirements including lockout, tagout tryout.
United States Steel – Industrial Electrician - Crew Leader 2010 - 2014

overhead travelling cranes. Plan overall job set- up, review job safety requirements, assure that proper tools
and equipment for job are on site, work with managers to coordinate jobs and direct work activities to assure

United States Steel - Electrical Apprentice 2007 - 2010

2. Davis Homes LLC – Warranty Claim Manager 2006 - 2007
Managed all warranty issues at six different developments with over 260 homes. Generated final walk through
punch list for site Superintendent to complete before closing. Negotiated with and scheduled contractors and
sub-contractors to repair warranty items and followed-up to assure repairs were complete. Consistently
maintained a 21 day completion time frame on warranty work. Rated one of the top two Warranty Managers
based on home owner sign-offs and warranty cost containment. Managed $90,000 monthly budget.
