Whatever may be the reason for working, one thing is certain that man has
continued to work.
The urge to work seems to be deep rooted in most men and work is viewed as much

satisfaction of employees, which in turn would contribute to better labor relations.
The management of all the Sugar mills should encourage joint consultation at different levels
and consider collective bargaining for resolving the differences between them.
The employers should feel that the employees are human beings; their dignity should be
respected so that they feel themselves as a part and parcel of the organization and develop a
sense of belongingness with the organization.
