Construction is the final phase of your vision where design and archi-
tecture come together. The best plans always have surprises; it’s how
you handle them that make the difference. At HDG, we know that
identifying a problem is important; having the experience to solve the

Identity - Collaborating with the design team and the client to conceptualize and
develop the identity and graphic message.
Design - Exploring the options for communicating that message through unique
finishes, textures, colors, fonts, and samples.
Cost Control - Once the message has been clarified, the material cost must be
addressed. There are many ways to present a graphic message. With our experienced
sources we can deliver a graphics package that meets your budget.
Implementation - We are able to electronically refine each project’s
pre-production work and follow it through the process to a complete professional
installation.
Construction Services:
Execution - The ability to execute the construction documents is as important as
the documents themselves. HDG has the construction procedures in place to ensure
that your job runs smoothly.
Management Team - The HDG management team has the ability to flex to the
needs of each job. From the Project Manager to the Site Superintendent, we have
quality people who are there to make sure the project stays on track, on time and on
budget. Frequent visits by our Project Manager to every site makes certain that our
standards of quality are met and/or exceed those of our clients.
Sub-Contractors - Selection of the right sub-contractor for each job is crucial.
Project location, budget, and timeline drive the process. HDG’s experienced team works
hard behind the scenes to make sure that you are working with people you can trust.
Communication System - We have an organized system to communicate any
issues that arise from the job site. Through the Project Manager, the Architect, and
the Client to make certain that valuable time is not lost. The Construction Administra-
tor completes the circle of communication by filtering all paperwork going in or out
of each site.
