The position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the branch sales office, including recruiting
and administrative support for Home Energy Sales Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
 Schedule interviews and/or phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a
great candidate experience.
 Maintain Applicant Tracking System. Refresh job postings.
 Provide follow up status to candidates via phone and/or email.
 Track recruitment related activities and basic recruitment/hiring metric reporting.
 Assist in planning and coordination of training, recruitment and other events or meetings. This includes
arranging travel, transportation and accommodations.
 Support sales team by processing mileage reimbursements, ordering and maintaining supplies, answering basic
questions and referring to corporate resources as needed.
 Receive, file and process/verify incoming sales contracts.
 Process invoices; record and monitor expenses.
 Maintain team roster (contact info, etc.) and HEC profile page administration. Order business cards.
 Prepare Employee Action Forms (EAFs) for promotions, transfers,terminations, etc. Communicate changes to
applicable departments timely.
 Assist with new hires by completing I-9 Forms, ensuring new hire and benefits paperwork is completed
accurately and timely. For remote locations, prepare ID badges for employees.
 Act as a liaison with vendor for company uniforms. Ensure employees have uniforms and understand process
and policy.
 Assist in tracking iPads and company issued Gift Cards.
 Act as a building liaison. Greet visitors, candidates, reserve conference rooms, etc.
Other Roles and Responsibilities:
 Source candidates by identifying (resume mining), contacting & assessing prospective candidates.
 Identify opportunities to enhance candidate’s experience and work more efficiently.
