The purpose of the Catch the Spirit award is to recognize and reward associates who consistently embrace our values
and embody the Williams-Sonoma Inc. spirit and culture.

to be successful. She gives great feedback and works hard to ensure her team is receiving the attention they need to develop their own careers. She is very open
