I would like to thank you for reviewing my resume and allowing me to introduce myself. I am
Jessica Marshall, and I feel I am the employee you have been looking for. I am currently a mother to a
beautiful six year old daughter. I am a dedicated individual who believes in giving it your all. I have the
honor of saying that I have 15year’s of experience in sales and customer service. With the years of travel
and experience now lend themselves nicely to my goals and aspirations.
Over the last four years I have had the opportunity to gain experience working for my family
business. This has allowed for me to excel and try out different strategies succeeding as a company. I
worked for century 21 for 2 years my first year my sales Grossed $6,000,000,000.00 I was listed as top
sales person and top listing agent. My success with Century 21 Maui came from my prior job as a
waitress and how I took such great care of my client’s they continue wanting to work with me in my next
job as a Realtor. With the economies decline and Real estate started to decline in Maui. I decided to move
back to San Diego I saw this change as an opportunity to grow and become the employee that I am today.
I am a natural leader and innovator with the will to succeed in any field. Some of my many strong points
are:
• Free thinking and expression of new ideas and innovations.
• Experience in international traveling and living, as well as collaborating with individuals from
many cultures, successfully accommodating their needs and expectations.
• Strong work ethic combined with the ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
with long hours.
• Excellent computer skills, self-motivated to advance of all systems and programs.
• Dedicated work ethic has revived my family pool company. I came on board in 2007 and was set
to be in the office. As time went on I understand the laws of success when you go home for the
day it doesn’t mean you’re finished. I would forward the phones. So I wouldn’t miss a single
Lead client or old customer who had a work order. Sense I have been working for the company I
have trained myself in how to Market our selves cost effetely. Through website design and
presentation on the net. Through weekly mixer with the chamber of commerce and litif and BNI
meetings. I as well Brand our company via: shirts, pens, Broachers, folders, business cards, home
shows. From all of that then I set my self out to find the best quality company to do the work for a
good price. I as well am in charge of overhead cost and producing leads and scheduling. I run a
crew of 30 men. I schedule the different phases of construction as well I manage each job and the
payments from the client’s. Also I handle payroll and any employee issues. I give them 1 verbal
chance and three written chances third strike and there out.
My education and my Family business experience as well as my strong decision-making, problem-
solving, and action-driven leadership skills combined with my many life experiences, make me an
excellent choice for the sales position, management or customer service you are advertising for. My
life has been one of growth and learning I have the knowledge to help you if given the chance. Thank
