This document introduces an herbal sprinkler that was developed and standardized. It contains dried amla powder, dehydrated mint powder, and pepper powder mixed in different ratios. The objectives were to formulate and standardize the herbal sprinklers and determine acceptability. Three samples were prepared and evaluated by 15 panelists using a hedonic scale. Sample C, with ratios of 6.6g amla, 6.6g mint and 6.6g pepper, received the highest mean score of 3.8 for overall acceptability. The conclusion is that small amounts of herbs and spices provide health benefits and herbal sprinklers can offer stress relief as part of a healthy diet.

14. DEVELOPMENT OF HERBAL
SPRINKLERS
• Herbal sprinklers have been developed on trial and error basis
to standardize the product. In this study three different samples
such as sample A, sample B and sample C were prepared by
using three different ratios of herbs and spice namely
dehydrated mint powder, dried amla powder and pepper. (table-
1).Control was prepared by using pepper powder alone.
• Developed Herbal sprinklers are subjected to sensory evaluation
with the help of 15 panel members by using 5point Hedonic
Scale to find out the overall acceptability of the sample.
