Manufacturing at LBLD

to make every part correct

find the one that was not.
We use video coordinate
measuring equipment in our
part inspection and utilize
in process inspection, lot and
material traceability
throughout production. This
has given us the proven
ability to mold millions of
parts without a single reject.
LBLD has currently expanded
into a 15,000 sq. ft.
manufacturing space it has
purchased. We have 7
injection molding machines
from 80 to 720 tons. We run
3 shifts 5 days a week. We
also run lights out
manufacturing.
LBLD automates and fine
tunes each customers tooling
to maximize efficiencies. We
have a staff of 10 that
multitask across job duties
and single operators running
several machines to
minimize labor costs. We use
robotics, automatic mixing
and conveying of materials
whenever possible. We are
always looking to keep our
customers competitive.
Mold building and revisions
can be done domestically or
off shore. We have a
network of tooling sources to
ensure our customers get the
best quality, pricing and
delivery available to suit
their project needs.
