  9. 9. 3. Be there to help them succeed • Coaching • Mentoring • Communicating • Listening
  10. 10. Always look at ways to help develop your employees Great interpersonal skills are vital for a successful leader
  11. 11. 4. Make the decisions and be held accountable • Sift the data • Look closely at the big picture • Confer with subject experts • Think about the cost-benefit
