RE: Letter of reference for Joe Beckler
To whom it may concern,
I have had the privilege/pleasure of knowing Joe Beckler for approximately 3 years as a Business Administrator at
the Restoration Community Church and as a personal friend/mentor. Because of this relationship over the past
years, I feel very comfortable and proud to provide this letter of reference. I have seen him in multiple roles:
• as a business leader managing the operations of our church he focused on making the leadership team a
cohesive unit,
• as a volunteer organizer/developer of our church and various other activities he recruited and organized
volunteers for multiple, and varied, task forces which accomplished incredible outcomes from “resource
challenged” groups, and
• as a personal friend and mentor he provided open and honest feedback and ideas from his unique
perspective requiring me to truly look at things “outside the nine dots” and challenged me to make
decisions which in some instances were eye opening and difficult.
Joe has been one of the main reasons Restoration Community Church has become the success it has. He
provides a sense of leadership, caring about the members, vision for the future and willingness to do what it
takes to make the church a success. He has worn all the hats it takes to run the staff, organize volunteers and
manage the business aspects of the church, and to do so with such grace, honesty and openness it makes a
person truly want to be part of the overall big picture and to pitch in where needed to help make it a win/win for
everyone.
Because of the brief list of skills mentioned above (of which there are many more) any organization would be
lucky to have Joe on their team and he would be asset which could be utilized in various roles. I would
recommend him highly.
