Enrollment Manager for the University of Phoenix Maryland campus, I have had the pleasure to
know and work with Joel for the past 2 years. Joel did an excellent job in his position as
Enrollment Advisor and was an asset to our organization during her tenure. Joel has excellent
written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is
able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
During his tenure, Joel demonstrated advanced performance levels in regards to his job
responsibilities, by going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to his students. Joel
consistently showed great dedication to the quality of his work, establishing himself as a go-
getter and strong performer. Joel proved to possess a take-charge attitude, taking on all
responsibilities with drive and determination. Through Joel’s strong work ethic, he was able to
meet challenges head on, with vigor and agility. Joel’s skills include great attention to detail,
strong organization, a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, and an active participant in
coaching sessions with a high reception to constructive feedback.
Joel was always willing to put in the hours needed until the job got done, while always carrying
a positive demeanor that was full of enthusiasm. Joel built an excellent rapport with his co-
workers and students, and was an asset to his team and well respected throughout the campus.
