My ambition is to be a facilitator of change! Early in my career I specialized in Analyse and Design where I facilitated change by modeling Business requirements and IT solutions. With a genuine interest for people, business transformation, IT development and methodology I moved on to IT management embracing the whole development chain as well as IT operation. I enjoy orchestrating and facilitating change and have a special interest in Strategy & Planning as well as Enterprise Architecture. The strategy and planning part to point out the direction and the architecture to clarify structures, to be able to navigate in change! "Panta rei" - all entities moves, but within their structures!
