In this the 4th and final sermon in our dangerous prayers series we are going to pray for God to lead us. We are going to pray as Jesus taught us to: "Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."
3. 19 “Come, follow me,” Jesus said,
“and I will send you out to fish for
people.” 20 At once they left their
nets and followed him.
Matthew 4:19–20
4. 9 As Jesus went on from there, he
saw a man named Matthew sitting
at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow
me,” he told him, and Matthew got
up and followed him.
Matthew 9:9
5. 10 your kingdom come, your will be
done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Matthew 6:10
7. 39 Going a little farther, he fell with
his face to the ground and prayed,
“My Father, if it is possible, may this
cup be taken from me. Yet not as I
will, but as you will.”
Matthew 26:39
9. 2 From the ends of the earth I call
to you, I call as my heart grows
faint; lead me to the rock that is
higher than I. 3 For you have been
my refuge, a strong tower against
the foe.
Psalm 61:2–3
11. 1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack
nothing. 2 He makes me lie down in
green pastures, he leads me beside
quiet waters, 3 he refreshes my
soul. He guides me along the right
paths for his name’s sake.
Psalm 23:1–3
