 First provided basic reports in Crystal Reports connected to simple data counts and efficiency
processing.

 What is it ? Through acquisition of Altosoft – they have a modern Visual Dashboard tool called
Insight to provide excellent Analytics for the leading capture platform – Kofax Capture
 What it is not ? Unfortunately it is not a high end generic ETL tool as the leaders in this field :

5. KAFC CUSTOMER TARGET
3 Types of Capture customers
1. Small Kofax Capture install/environment – minimal Indexing personnel and do not track team efficiency or the
capture processing
2. Medium Kofax Capture install – Need to track “in process” Capture documents and are concerned about
efficiencies throughout the Kofax Capture process. But – only need to organize data via Batch Class.
3. Large and Customized Kofax Capture environment. Not only look at Capture batches and documents sliced by
Batch Class – BUT required to filter data by locations, operations teams, and other custom information used in
their Kofax Capture system.

 3 days: Installation of KAFC product. Dependencies : Access to system & team, Integrations, platforms,
downtime, testing, documentation (provide pre-requisites for this engagement)
 1 day: Discovery Workshop. Understand KC system, document pre-requisite info, Discuss architecture outline
with team.
 6 weeks: Integration of multiple KC systems into KAFC (no custom product)
 4 months: Fully Customize KAFC system using Clients Customized data in Capture Batch and Document fields.
