 This included the up-grading and restructuring of the companies
processes with respect to the implementation of SAP and a complete
restructure of the Quality system in compliance with ISO 9001.
 Involved with all aspects of Product Design and Qualification to API

2. Senior Manager – Trees & Wellheads 2011 – 2013
 Responsible for the Trees, Wellheads & Work over Systems being
project managed from the UK, including Engineering, Project
Management, Procurement and all other associated functions.
 Financial reporting on turnover of department in the region of £30M
per year.
 Team consisted of 95 employees.
 Key achievements – Successful development and qualification of a
rigid lockdown wellhead system, cost reduction and standardization of
product range and project delivery within budgets.
Senior Project Manager – Work over Systems 2010 – 2011
 Project Management of Work over Systems and Trees projects
being controlled from the UK, with final build in Norway.
 Developing new products and integrating existing products into the
final delivered system.
 Overseeing all procurement functions of the Projects and keeping
the projects within budget and on track regards scheduling and to the

delivery of the first 5-off XMT’s.
 Key achievement – The first 5-off XMT’s were delivered to
contractual requirements.
Operations (A&T) Manager Trees (Norway) 2005 – 2007
 Management of the main Trees Assembly & Test Department in
Norway, tasked to develop the plant to handle 60 XMT’s per year
compared to previous 25 XMT’s per year – 55 achieved.
 Team consisted of over 150 personnel with different disciplines.
 Key achievements – Successfully doubled the output of the factory
and reduced hours on a standard build by 30% by introducing
dedicated sub-assembly methods.

3. Project Engineer & DPM (Norway/UK) 2002 – 2005
 Supporting Project Managers for development of Trees and Work
over Systems controlled by UK, including being based in Norway for
the Assembly & Testing phases of the projects.

 Management of the Trees and Wellheads Assembly & Test
workshop in Aberdeen before it was closedown and work transferred
to Norway.
 Team consisted of 20+ employees.
