Construction site supervisor, Morrison’s - April2007 to June 2007 (Circa £24 million) Responsible for all nightshift operations on this scheme to improve the roads systemby theForth Road Bridge. My responsibilities included the ducting and drainage work, installation of street lighting, permanent traffic barriers and road construction. Extensive liaison with the traffic management supervisor over thepositioning and daily relocation of traffic barriers (BarrierGuard 800) to keep thetraffic on themulti-lane highway moving and safely away from the work area. In charge, through an interpreter, of thePolish migrant workers involved in thescheme and making sure they operated within theCompany's Health and Safety guidelines.
