4.  When Easter arrives to Spain, also the good
weather arrives. So we organize activities
outside school where children can enjoy.
 The last day before Easter hollidays we eat a
special cake called “la mona”. So the days before
we have to prepare some things in order to
enjoy this special day.
 You are going to see the different activities
we do during these days.

5. 1. We paint a large tablecloth to sit in it the day we eat
“la mona”. While we listen Spanish popular songs.

6. Here you can see the result

7. 2. We teach some popular games which have been
forgotten over the time.

9. 3. We buy “la mona” which is sold in every shop of this
region in these dates.
This cake is made with
flour, yeast, milk, oil,
butter, sugar, salt, and
1 egg.
The egg of the middle
must to be crashed on
the front of a friend!!!

10. 4. Finally we celebrate the day of
“la mona”
