COMPANY PROFILE
Optimum Engineering Solutions, Inc. (Openso) is a specialized consulting engineering and fabrication technology company
serving the chemical, petrochemical, polysilicon, and related industries. One of many differentiators between Openso and
our competitors is our many years of practical experience in this industry. Openso was founded in 2001 by four principal
Nooter employees that had 120 aggregate years of experience working for Nooter Corporation, a world-renowned fabricator
of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other process equipment. Another major advantage we have over our
competitors is our high-end analytical capabilities, particularly Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid
Dynamics (CFD).
Openso recognizes the imperatives of our competitive age — speed, low cost and high quality — in our engineering and
fabrication technology services. Openso strives to provide the optimum solution that is realistic, resourceful, and cost-
effective, through our knowledge and insight. The following pages contain a list of the services we currently offer,
including engineering services, fabrication technology, equipment procurement support, and general fabrication training
and upgrading.
