Pure Diamond Trading Ltd (PDT) is a new company created by experienced
diamond industry professionals to capitalise on today’s diamond market.
Diamonds will be purchased directly from source, re-finished and sold into the
wholesale and retail markets.
The diamond stock will be turned over two to four times per year creating a trading
profit. The accrued profits will then be distributed in relation to the scale of shareholding
held by the individual shareholders at the end of a four year term.
All the diamonds will be ethically sourced. By re-cutting and polishing them, we will
increase their value and gain full, internationally recognised certification.

From our experience, diamonds are an
asset that have a defined market value
and are easily liquidated for cash.
The company has received Advanced
Assurance from HMRC for EIS approval
which offers UK shareholders an
immediate 30% income tax relief.

conferred by such a scheme.

Trading diamonds at wholesale margins
Creating additional margin by re-finishing
and re-certifying these diamonds
