• Our new Route Optimization is the answer to your company’s needs!
• Route Optimization uses a complex algorithm that will generate the most
efficient and quickest route for a field technician with multiple jobs on a given
day.
• This feature will ensure that no time is wasted and your employees can get
to their destination in a timely manner!

• From the Jobs section:
- Select the Work Orders you
wish to optimize by clicking the
checkbox.
- Note: These must have a site
address
- Click the “Optimize” button.
- A new screen will appear with
the selected work orders and
map view (see next slide).

• The boxes above are the specifics
required to optimize a route.
• The “Starting location,” “Finishing
location,” and date field must be
populated in order for a route to be
optimized.

• Name field – Designate a name for a route
• Starting location – enter the address from where the employee is starting
• Finishing location – enter the address from where the employee is finishing
• Date – Enter date and start time
• Optimize – Optimizes the route based off of the above criteria
• Accept Changes – saves the route

• Notice that the times change after
you click the “Optimize” button.
• These times adjust for drivetime
and traffic conditions between
worksites.
