customer service, while meeting the stringent government regulations required of these sensitive projects.
• Performed extensive audits on network data (more than two dozen documents of 60,000+ lines of data each,
performed weekly) providing network data management assignments to the team in an effort to meet
company’s and customer’s expectations.
• Increased productivity for E911 deployment projects by identifying redundancies and unnecessary test steps
to redirect efforts and deliver project on time. Optimized work process for VoLTE 4G deployment, cutting

• Accountable for Project Management duties for the installation and support of AT&T’s high bandwidth next-
gen Ethernet network in the Houston Texas region, a network serving over 2 million customers. This included

contracted service levels and network redundancy for customers while maintaining carrier network integrity.
