5C Group is an international management consulting firm, which together with its global asset

Based in the U.S.A. and Brazil, Mr. Yih graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville,
majoring in Counseling Psychology and Cross Cultural Psychology.
He has extensive experience working as a COO and strategy officer for emerging markets in
global companies for more than 30 years.
Mr. Zhang is a professional international consultant in foreign investment and trade, lawyer and clean energy
consultant. He is a major founder of “5CGroup International Corp.,” together with American, Italian and Turkish
lawyers as well as a group of professors from Zhejiang University. He has extensive experience working for the
Hangzhou and Ningbo governments, consulting for large state owned companies such as CNPC and other
Chinese multinational companies in their overseas expansion strategies, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs,
corporate restructuring and in fund raising activities. He has successfully incorporated more than 50 Western

Mr. Zhang holds more 10 years of experience in the wind energy industry. He advised a leading Canadian wind
turbine rotor blade mould manufacturer entering the Chinese market that later became the biggest in Asia,
forming a joint venture with GCL Group Holding Company (www.gcl-power.com), later merging into the global
industry leader company “GURIT”. He connected We4Ce B.V. (Holland); a European leading wind turbine rotor

also helped with the acquisition of Aromatech Fragrance and Flavor (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. for Longbeing Int’l
