2. 3 FAVORITE ASSIGNMENTS
• Community Service Project: I honestly thought I would not enjoy this assignment at all but it actually
felt really good to get out and help the community. I’m pretty sure a majority of the class thinks the
same thing as well.
• Chapter 2 Journal Entry 8: I really liked this assignment because I never knew about Inner Critic,
defender, and guide. It was basically a deeper meaning behind your “conscious”. Gave a really good
outlook on the whole thing.
• Scavenger Hunt: I was fairly new to this school at the time of this assignment. I had no idea where
anything was and I really needed to get out and explore the campus and all the buildings, classrooms,
etc.
3. 3 FAVORITE JOURNAL ENTRIES
Chapter 2 Journal Entry 8: I really liked this assignment because I never knew about Inner Critic, defender,
and guide. It was basically a deeper meaning behind your “conscious”. Gave a really good outlook on the
whole thing.
Chapter 4 Journal Entry 13: I liked this journal entry because I figured out how to allocate my time
towards more important things throughout the day and not waste my time. I enjoyed having more free
time after not procrastinating to do my homework and other things.
Chapter 8 Journal Entry 29: Writing about various things in my life that made happy, sad, and angry really
was pretty cool. I got to go back in time and relive the things that made me the person I am today.
4. MODULE 5
• I really liked module 5 the best because I struggle immensely with self management and
often get caught up procrastinating on literally everything in my life. I have gotten a little
better in managing my time and allocating more time towards more important things such
as working out, homework and a lot of other things.
5. 3 LESSONS I WILL CARRY WITH ME
NEXT SEMESTER
• I learned a lot of things over the course of this semester but the 3 things that stuck with me
the most are the inner critic, defender, and guide, self management, and allocating my time
towards homework and school work. With those 3 things I think I will become a better
student in the future and a better in general.

__58____ ____58__ 7. Developing emotional intelligence.
78______ 76______ 8. Believing in myself
The major things I learned about myself that my self management was abysmal. I continued to wait until the
last minute to do things and quite often created unneeded stress in my life when if I would’ve done it earlier
in the week or something I would have free time and not time crunch everything together at one time. One
of the many things I learned in this class to not procrastinate so much when doing homework or school
work throughout the week. I plan to carry this with me the rest of my life.
7. LETTER TO THE NEXT CLASS
• A: This class taught how to balance my sports along with academics despite both
creating a lot of stress in my life.
• B: Learning Frameworks made me realize I need to better manage my time and not
procrastinate when doing schoolwork because it adds stress to my life every week.
9. LIFE AFTER MY GOALS ARE
ACCOMPLISHED
• I would be living in a decent, nice house with my wife. My ultimate goal is to make it
in baseball hopefully to the majors. My academic goals right now is to be a Physical
Therapist because I’ve always had interest in that fascinating field of work.
