Implemented ERP System (Odoo) for all company business processes, with main emphasize on managing the supply
chain. Established an East Coast Distribution Center, nested within a 3PL for further development and spin-off minimizing

Launch operations on the San Jose Site, facilities modification, infra-structure work, hiring, training and setup and
installation, ramping-up assembly and distribution center to achieve the company projected growth for 2015 (2.5X).

GENERAL MANAGER – (Branders.com)
Company start up in Mexico covering all business related processes from legal, accounting, labor laws, customs MX-USA,
as well as all sort of government permits.
Developed capital investment plan for the whole operation, factory layout, material flow, warehouse configuration,
personnel structure and business plan for the MX site. Responsible for machinery and equipment as well as processes
selection. Scout and site selection as well as lease contract negotiation (70Ksqft).
Recruitment, training and team development crucial achievement to start up the operations successfully on Feb 2012.
Developed the supply chain China-MX-USA for the business model pursued. In charge of the raw materials sourcing,
worked directly with Chinese suppliers and managed the whole relationship with them, responsible for inventory levels
and all purchasing related activities. Oversaw 200 employees across Production, Finance, Human Resources, Materials

Responsible of the MX entity dissolution making sure all customs and accounting obligations were completed and closed
properly, as well as all employees lay-offs were made on a timely basis. Managed all legal, tax and government aspects
for the company dissolution.

Spearheaded daily manufacturing activities and logistics for entire facility ($120M in sales): managed automatic and
manual assembly lines as well as molding, extrusion, die casting, high-techd testing and wiring preparation equipment.
Controlled a $30M operating budget and oversaw work of 900 employees across Engineering, Production, Maintenance,
Materials, Logistics, Quality, and Human Resources. Maximized productivity and resources through design of strategies
for all areas of operations – instilled a continuous improvement philosophy to raise quality, safety, and performance
