QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently hold 28 years of experience in Injection molding of various types of plastic resins. I have
worked with a number of various types of different manufacturers of single and 2 shot molding machines
including: Engel, Ube, Demag, Van Dorn, Cincinatti Milicron, HPM, Natco, Farrel, Beloit, Battenfeld,
Arburg, Kraus Maffie, Impco, Husky, Sandretto, Fanuc,Toyo, Boy, JSW and Toshiba. I have good
knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, automated part pickers and mold decoupling. I utilize the
RJG methods of injection molding for the most efficient and cost effective processes.

1972-1985: Diploma - Bendle Schools, Burton MI.
1985-1986: 2 semesters of electronics at ITT Tech.
September 1993: Management Training course at Mott Community College.

EMPLOYMENT:
2013-Present: Senior Process Technician, OMEGA PLASTICS
Performance of setups, optimization and process development of new and older tools using RJG
methodology. Work with toolmakers and quality to ensure the best quality parts being made before
production release. Perform material samples and create first piece for operators before part runs for
production. Monitor press performance and process verification during runs. Perform clean room
protocols whenever required.
2010-2013: LVP Process Technician, PTI ENGINEERED PLASTICS
Setup and run prototype injection molds according to order quantities per job ticket. Make changes to the
process where needed to ensure the best possible parts for the customer. Complete order then move on to
the next job ticket. May be called upon to assist on the molding floor on occasion. All processes are based
on RJG methods of injection molding. Adhere to clean room protocols as required if job is applicable.
2008-2010: Process Technician, DOTT INDUSTRIES
Troubleshoot and process 24 molding machines tonnage ranging from 150 to 1400 tons using platable
grade ABS materials. In charge of startups, shutdowns and monitoring scrap along with cycle efficiencies.
Must perform supervision duties on occasion.
2006-2008: Process Technician, PLASTECH ENGINEERED PRODUCTS
Perform Startups, Shutdowns, Trouble shooting and complete monitoring of all scrap and cycle time
efficiencies on the shop floor. Documentation of all changes are required along with process
improvements. I oversee 42 molding machines tonnage ranging from 150 to 1500 tons and 7 assemblies.
2004-2006: Molding Supervisor, DOTT INDUSTRIES
Oversee and process 22 molding machines tonnage ranging from 150 to 1000 tons using platable grade

around 30 people ensuring production efficiencies and proper housekeeping.

Oversee and process 11 to 23 molding machines tonnage ranging from 50 to 1000 tons. In charge of
assigning daily duties, maintaining efficiencies and housekeeping.

Oversee and process 17 molding machines tonnage ranging from 50 to 1500 tons. In charge of assigning
daily duties, complete setup and maintenance of all machines and auxilliary equipment.

Started at entry level as machine operator and advanced to Die Setter. Changed injection molds in 1100 to
3300 ton presses.
1986-1988: Fabricator, SOROC PLASTICS
Fabricated custom jobs as ordered by customers out of various plastic sheet
stock and tubing. Also ran vacuum forming machines and made patterns.
