Required conditions for using the Product
 Level flooring- smooth surface, Leveled properly, & No Pits.
 Adequate Aisle Width (From Pallet to Pallet)
 Pallet Overhang should not be more than Designed Overhang
 Adequate Door Height or Under Pass Height – For Closed Mast Height.
 Clear height of roof or ceiling- height – For Extended Mast Height.
 Maximum Rack Level Height should be 200 mm below the maximum lift height.
 Pay load capacity ( Load) should conform to the residual capacity of the stacker at various
heights.
 Pallet entry height should be more than the fork lowered height.
 The pallet size (Std.) :- 800 X 1200 or 1000 X 1200 or 1200 X 1200
 Bottom beam in the racks for having more flexibility in using the stacker while storing and
retrieving.
 Adequate span length of the racks so that enough space between the adjacent loads for
easy entry of straddles while using straddle stackers.
 Minimum 100 mm clearance should be available over the load in the racking.
