22. Required conditions for using the Product
Level flooring- smooth surface, Leveled properly, & No Pits.
Adequate Aisle Width (From Pallet to Pallet)
Pallet Overhang should not be more than Designed Overhang
Adequate Door Height or Under Pass Height For Closed Mast Height.
Clear height of roof or ceiling- height– For Extended Mast Height.
Maximum Rack Level Height should be 100 mm below the maximum lift height.
Pay load capacity ( Load) should conform to the residual capacity of the stacker at
various heights.
Pallet entry height should be more than the fork lowered height.
The pallet size should conform to popularly used international standards- 800 X 1200 or
1000 X 1200 or 1200 X 1200
Bottom beam in the racks for having more flexibility in using the stacker while storing
and retrieving.
Adequate span length of the racks so that enough space between the adjacent loads for
easy entry of straddles while using straddle stackers.
Minimum 100 mm clearance should be available over the load in the racking.

1. EPC- Emergency cut-off switch - a standard feature-on the top of the chassis at a
convenient location to stop the vehicle immediately during emergency. Belly button
-Standard feature switch for instant reverse of the travel.
2. BDI- a standard feature- with lift cut of at 80% battery discharge to alert the operator
for charging With AC drive we can monitor Traveling speed , Lifting hours , Traveling
hours & Fault code.
3. Electromagnetic brake comes into operation during power/ acceleration off
condition.
4. Two side support caster wheel in ERC/ ERB versions to provide 5 point contact of
wheels provides better stability in Ride-on Versions.
5. Point contact in EJC version with one side drive and other side caster wheel provides
increased stability.
6. Point contact in EJB/ERB with straddles placed wider provide improved stability
7. Twin tandem wheel in the straddles enable smooth roll over small bumps, pits and

piston reaching mechanical stop. (Prevents impacts and reduces swaying)
2.Curtis controller provides precise current required for drive and hydraulic motor-
optimum power usage.
3.Battery roller bed for easy removal of battery. Hose burst valve in the cylinders to
prevent sudden drop of the piston rod in case of sudden hydraulic disconnection
4.Mode selection in the controller can be provided (option) to reduce drive speed above
specific lift height
5.Mode selection in controller can be provided (optional) to allow only creep speed with
raised load- This can be given as a standard in stacker with lift height 6000 mm & 6300
mm
6.Optional Duel Speed Selection can be provided ( as an option) in case of ride-on
version for limited the maximum travel speed for pedestrian operation.
