This document discusses using simulation and games in education to actively engage students. It notes that incorporating gaming into lessons can make learning fun while enhancing real-life skills. Teachers should be aware of different learner backgrounds and introduce games appropriately. There are three types of educational games: non-digital games, digital but non-collaborative games, and collaborative digital games.
