3. Outgoing Exchange GCDP
(Justin)
Glad to see serious planning and actions in enhancing processes
(from recruitment to reintegration) and leadership capabilities in
customer experience management with a view to fully deliver the
value of GCDP. Among all, we see it core to continuously :
• Attract potential participants amid fierce competition
(promotion channels and messages)
• Maximize support of universities (endorsement, promotion,
financial support)
• Strengthen foreign LC partnership
(opportunities, support to exchange
participants)
• Enhance pre- and post-exchange support by LC
4. Outgoing Exchange GCDP
(Justin)
Have a good start in the pilot scheme for the Youth 4 Global Goals launched
by AIESEC International in early 2016. The 2016/17 session needs to make
full alignment of 100% GCDP projects to the Sustainable Development
Goals as per AI guideline.
Lastly, we wish to reiterate the significance of GCDP.
Sustaining “results” in GCDP will help strengthen brand
building. Moreover, a boosted overall satisfaction of
exchange participants will likely increase the chance for
them to further their AIESEC career.
Keep up with the team’s good work in GCDP.
