……….. Continuous Improvement Vision Statement
The objective for 2006 is to further develop the Continuous Improvement philosophy within our business.
Teams will be created in all manufacturing departments with the emphasis on driving down costs to the company,
and all our customers. Creating a continuous improvement culture helps us to identify and drive out waste, giving
us the best competitive advantage possible in the air filter market.
All support and office based processes will be included in the transformation.
“Driving waste” out of all our processes will be the number 1 priority within the company.
The customer will not pay for waste so this is at our cost.
Our goal is to work with all employees, who are our best assets at ……………., by using their creativity,
knowledge and innovation to improve our working environment.
Supplier and customer partnerships will form an important part of the improvement process and their
involvement will be critical to the success of the programme
We will support and develop the continuous improvement culture by using the Kaizen Improvement tools, we
shall create a core group of specialists, to co ordinate teams of people dedicated to change by using all our
employees, customers and suppliers.
