F/M 25 – 45 – Interests - good food, drinks and
beers. Music, meet with friends, dinner with girlfriend, have
a relaxing time, local and tourists, attract people to use the
space to make events, like private parties and companies
events.
3. Opportunity
Verve is already recognized for the quality of the food
and service. Turn the restaurant more casual will open
space for people that never came to Verve, start to come
and bring their friends. This is going to make the business
more profitable.
