The rml c402 carton sealer is an entry level solution for glue
closing skillet cartons. It features a simple continuous motion
construction that provides reliable and safe closing, quick size
changes and hygienic construction. A variable speed drive allows
the sealer to be operated at the most efficient speed for your
production line, up to 60 cartons per minute. The extended infeed
is designed to allow multiple operator loading into the sealer. With
rent or buy options available, this machine is an ideal closer for
lower volume production lines. Options include extended in feed,
auto feeding, casters and date coding. Typical operating speed is
40 cartons per minute.

The rml c404 carton sealer is designed to glue close the top of
vertical cartons in a compact footprint. Perfect for shelf ready
formats or where the product would otherwise fall out easily in
horizontal form such as loose powders or sachets. The
configuration shown here is designed to receive cartons
automatically from an upstream filling line and close cartons as
they arrive. The positive handling design makes this machine
particularly tolerant to crash lock or out of square boxes, so a
square closure is guaranteed. Maximum speed is 50 cartons per
minute.

The rml c405 vertical carton sealer is an alternative design to the
c404 and suits fast production lines at up to 90 cartons per minute.
The continuous motion drive and pressurized hot melt adhesive
system mean it is simple to maintain and operate. However this
machine does require square cartons to be received, so unlike the
c404, crash lock cartons cannot be closed squarely. Like most of
our cartoning solutions, the c405 sealer is constructed in stainless
steel and engineering plastics and has been designed to enable
quick size changes.

The rml c403 carton sealer is a simple and economic machine
designed to glue close three flap hinged lid cartons. Based on the
2 flap sealers successful construction, cartons are closed in
continuous motion, meaning fast and reliable closing at 60 cartons
per minute. Quick size changes are ensured with the use of lead
screw adjustments and intelligent design. Interlocked guarding on
all rml solutions, ensure that operator safety is not compromised.

The rml p705 miniature cartoner is an economical and compact
machine for automatically cartoning small products from a product
conveyor into a skillet cartons. The extremely basic design is by no
means a compromise, since the cam operated intermittent motion
construction is extremely robust, and enables the cartoner to run at
up to 60 cycles per minute. The adjustability is however limited on
this machine, meaning it is configured
for a specific customers carton size.
This compromise is offset by the
comparatively low machine price.

For vertical cartoning applications, the rml p725 vertical cartoner is
available. This is ideal for powdered products or products which
are semi fluid and may fall out of an open horizontal carton. Both
manual and automatic load options are possible depending on the
application.
The vertical cartoner has the same options and features as the
other cartoners in the range.

The rml p710 intermittent motion cartoner is our most flexible and
popular machine in this range. It will pack a variety of products into
skillet cartons at speeds of up to 40 cartons per minute. It operates
in intermittent motion, making it simple to load product and
operate. It can be configured with a variety of in feed styles to
accommodate different industries. The main drive (and often
product drives) are servo driven to ensure positive and reliable
carton placement. By using quick change tool-less change parts
and digital counter winders, size changes can be performed
knowing it will start again on a new format without error.

The rml p715 continuous motion cartoner is a very economical
cartoner which is capable of packing at up to 80 cartons per
minute. Based on the c402 carton sealers simple adjustability and
operation methods, this is an ideal entry level cartoner when set up
with manual product loading as shown. Alternatively automatic
loading options enable this machine to be used in high throughput
applications too.
The plucker uses a unique rotary cam system to maintain the
timing with the main drive. A variable speed drive for speed control
allows the operator to adjust the packing speed to the production
line.
