Don has 10 years of real estate experience and has closed more than 3,000 real estate transactions totaling over

including #1 in all of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York for the past 3 years. . In addition to being CEO of DLP Capital
Advisors, Don is also CEO of DLP Realty, a progressive and innovative Real Estate Brokerage in Pennsylvania, New Jersey,
and Florida with its headquarters out of the Lehigh Valley. Don is hands-down the most recognizable name in the world of
Real Estate Pennsylvania. He is endorsed by Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Dave Ramsey, Bobbie Gunther Walsh, and

Justin holds his Bachelors of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, was born & raised in Allentown,

Before joining the DLP team he was an owner operator of a Pennsylvania licensed real estate brokerage & boutique
private funds consulting/Investment firm. His brokerage provided nationwide outreach for real estate closings via
