employees and workers are safe from injury and risks to health whilst at work. We have a
comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) and a dedicated internal WHS
Advisor who manages all WHS practices and compliance at Stellar.
Stellar is committed to achieving Zero Harm for all of our contractors and labour hire
personnel.
We undertake the following procedures to encourage a safe workplace:
• Ask tailored WHS questions during the interview process
• Provide a comprehensive safety induction
• Site safety assessments of all workplaces
• On-going monitoring of the workplace
• Monthly audit of safety performance including fatigue and LTI reporting
• Continued consultation with our workers
• Effective rehabilitation management and return to work programs
• Weekly auditing of current workers to ensure compliance of qualifications, site safety,
and inductions etc.
