based on their caprice and experience in the field of fashion design.However ,the scenario is
pretty different now,as clothes sector has mushroomed over the last few years ,mostly in
Lahore ,multan,Islamabad,Sargodha,faislabad,Sialkot,Peshawar,quetta etc.
The pre-feasibility study focuses on establishing a women cloth shop in sargodha in which
ready-mate dresses,shirts(kurtas) etc are available. We buy B-GRADE cloth from different
brands at low cost and convert into A-GRADE and sell at reasonable price.The potential target
market for the business would be females of age group 14years and above belonging to middle
income family who generally prefer to buy the dresses at reasonable price. The middle family
income groups dominate the overall population in Sargodha. We also capture the university
students because strength of university is 30000 and approximately 45% to 50% are female
that belong to Sargodha and other areas that near to Sargodha. This phenomenon provides an
ample opportunity for the investment in this sector . Total investment of this project is
approximately 7 lac. The shop is located in AL-REHMAN plaza that is nearest to university.

Our business is to establish a women cloth shop in Sargodha. The purpose of the business is to
buy B-GRADE cloth from different brands at low cost and convert into A-GRADE and sell at
reasonable price and earn a good profit. The main objective of us is to capture the middle

5. Almost all brands shop and plazas are build at university road and it is easy access of every area
of people in sargodha.we want to capture the university students as well because strength of
university is approximately 30000 and 45% to 50% are females of age group 18year and above
that belongs to Sargodha and other nearest cities and AL-REHMAN plaza is nearest to
university so our shop is in AL-REHMAN plaza , it is also near to other hostels, universities and
colleges so it can offer easy access of very type of customer .large number of people other than
students also visit the plaza. The parking area of this plaza is wide.
Supplier:
At initial stage we recommended one supplier that can supply cloth of different brands and
after sometime we increase the number of supplier to 2 or 3 that supply cloth of different
brands.
Accounts:
The nature of our business is quite different from other business in this type of business
approximately all transactions are done on cash basis. We can’t use the goodwill of our
business for the credit purchase so we purchase cloth on cash. It is important in our business
that all selling transactions are done on cash. There is no concept of credit sale in this nature of
business so there is no account payable and account receivable.

6. If you have very innovated and unique business that make very good profit but it will not
manage well then the profit turn into loss and if the idea is not much unique and innovated but
it is manage and plan well ( how we attract and deal with the customer, on which date
supplier supply the cloth etc) you should definitely get a good profit. The business is
commercialized now on a small scale, only one shop is open in Sargodha: that why; business
will manage by the owners. Some skilled employees are hired to run the shop in an effectively
and efficiently way. One (1) accountant is appointed to maintain the accounts and keep the
daily transaction record. The education criterion for the accountant is minimum bachelor. 8 to
10 workers will hire for stitching the dresses. There is no education criterion for the workers.
They just have experience of stitching and embroidery. They have very good skills to convert B
GRADE into A GRADE through stitching and cover with designing. 2 or 3 salesmen heir for the
sales there is also no requirement of qualification. But at the time of hiring the salesmen we
keep in mind one thing that the person we heir has skill to capture the customer and sell the
product if salesman has no skill to capture the customer and sell the product the business will
not run successfully.
