In charge of the GSA ticket office team handling all operations of ticket office like reservations &
ticketing, travel agency sales support operations, seat confirmations with knowledge of Fares &
ticketing, Reservations, Reissuance,Fare calculation, Special fares,Manual ticketing, Airport

 Communicating and handling travel agents & direct clients for all type of promotions.
