Current Activities this Week:
Underground Utilities:
Area 3 - Deep underground Plumbing continues.
Foundations:
Area 2 Concourse Level – Excavation for remaining D-Line
footing has started.
Area 3 – Underground plumbing installation
Concrete Flatwork: is nearly complete at the lower dock area.
Area 4 Field Level – Prep work for lower dock slab on
grade has started.
Structural Steel Erection:
Area 3 – Main Canopy Truss Erection are set to Column
Line 1. Area 4 – Metal decking installation in Sequence
3-3 has started. Field Level Area 1 – Subroof decking
installation is ongoing
MEP Rough-in:
Area 3 – Shallow electrical and plumbing rough-in is Area 2 – CMU perimeter wall installation at
ongoing. West Building - Ductwork installation on Stage are nearly topped out.
Concourse, Suite and Press Levels are ongoing.
Plumbing rough-in is ongoing on Suite and
Press Levels. Fire Protection rough-in is ongoing on
Concourse, Suite and Press Levels. Electrical rough-in is
ongoing on Concourse, Suite and Press Levels.
Metal Stud Framing:
Area 1 – Metal stud framing for Field, Concourse, Suite
and Press Levels are ongoing. Exterior metal stud framing
and sheathing installation is ongoing at Field, Suite, and
Area 4 – Decking being installed at North
Elevation.

2. Press Levels.
Masonry:
Area 1 Field Level – Masonry wall installation is ongoing
in Areas E, F, G and H.
Area 1, 2, 3 Concourse Level – Masonry wall installation at
Main Concourse Buildings are ongoing.
Area 3 – Canopy Truss erection is nearly
Curtainwall:
complete in Sequence 3-5.
Area 1 – Curtainwall framing installation will continue
at West Elevation. Installation of Curtainwall glass is
ongoing.
Projected Activities occurring next Week:
Underground Utilities:
Deep Plumbing installation will continue in Area 3, moving
to the north.
Foundations:
Area 4 Field Level – Foundation wall installation for Main
Stair will begin. Field Level Area 3 – Formwork for Stairs to
Cauldron Club is set.
Concrete Flatwork:
Area 3 Field Level – Concrete placement for Slab-on
Grade at lower dock area will begin. Prep work for slab-
on-grade for lower dock area will continue.
Area 3 and 4 Field Level – Installation of on-grade seating
risers and intermediate stairs will continue.
Structural Steel Erection:
Area 2 – Canopy truss installation at North side of Stadium
will continue. Area 1/2 – Filled and polished CMU Block
walls at the Southwest and South Concourse
MEP Rough-in: Buildings.
MEP Rough-in at Concourse, Suite and Press Levels will
continue. Ductwork installation on Concourse, Suite, and
Press Level will continue. Fire Sprinkler installation will
continue on Concourse, Suite and Press Levels.

Area 1 – Metal stud framing for Field, Concourse, Suite
and Press Levels will continue. Exterior Framing and
sheathing installation will continue.
Curtainwall:
Area 1 – Curtain Framing and Glass installation will
continue.
Area 1 – Installation of curtainwall framing
at Stair 4.
