There are three kit types: Create New, In-stock, or Assembled. Personalized, Stock or Combo formats.For Create New kits: Please make a window that allows the client to submit notes on what they want the kit to include and give the ability to upload the components. Ask the client if the kits should be personalized. If yes, link to upload data. If no, request address where bulk kits should be shipped. Word documents, or pdfs. Please have an email pop up that will send a message to office@mixto.net with a request for quote.For In-stock kits: Please make a window that lists all available kits on a chart that give descriptions of each kit. Include on the chart kit #, Kit description. Allow the client to order the kit right from this screen, if they know this is what they want this will be a time saver. Ask the client if the kits should be personalized. If yes, link to upload data. If no, request address where bulk kits should be shipped. Then go to check out features.Give an option to go deeper. When a kit # is selected show the window you have created already with kit #, description, insert order, item name (component name) and quantity.Place the # kits want to order above the list of components, along with the update and delete kit buttons. Please include an availability message, and add to kit.When an item name (component name) is selected go to the screen you have already made and show the actual component and description.For Assembled kits: Have a button that says Create a kit. When you click that button the system assigns the new kit a number. Have a spot where the client can record a description for the kit. The layout of this page should be similar to #15 above. Except have the items numbered with empty spots that link to window selections. Give a list of items they can select. Allow the client to make a kit with 5 components. Include quantities and insert order. Ask the client if the kits should be personalized. If yes, link to upload data. If no, request address where bulk kits should be shipped. Display the components that could be chosen grouped by letters, envelops, inserts/buck slips, brochures, sell sheets, cards, etc. To order cards: Display all card types available and do the quantity, availability usual parts. Include a link to Print Orders if they wish to make a new card type.Pick and Pack: First layer is a list of products that the client can select. They would be grouped by common descriptions. Ex. Agreements, Brochures (point of sale materials), Payment plans, Forms, Dealer agreements, Miscellaneous. This would be also the order form with ability to put quantities into the shopping cart. Second layer is the ability to read descriptions of each item and item number. Link to the check out details #24 below.Print orders: Make this window similar to #13 above.
